At Element Brooklyn, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on new or gently used products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our Brooklyn warehouse.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
